Dr. Sherif Fouad serves as the Director of Follow-up and Institutional Performance at Al-Kawther Bay Group.

He holds several academic and professional qualifications, including:

• Executive Excellence Diploma for Government Leaders from King's College London, United Kingdom, and The American University in Cairo.
• Ph.D. in Project Management from Cairo University.

Dr. Sherif has also completed numerous professional certifications and scientific studies and has published research papers in the 56th International Statistical Conference.

He played a key role in the Group’s institutional reform efforts and the development of its operational framework to keep pace with its significant growth and expansion. In pursuit of the Group’s vision, he adopted a knowledge-based approach and worked to embed the knowledge economy within the Group’s companies.

Dr. Sherif established the Media and Photography Department as well as the Information Technology Department, in addition to creating several other divisions to accommodate the evolving business environment and organizational needs.

He contributed significantly to redesigning the Group’s internal policies, simplifying procedures, and strengthening corporate governance practices. He is widely recognized for his leadership capabilities and his expertise in administrative systems and management solutions, supported by his academic background in management science.

Prior to joining Al-Kawther Bay Group, Dr. Sherif headed the Digital Transformation Unit at the Ministry of Local Development in the Arab Republic of Egypt. He was among the key contributors to building and implementing information technology systems within the Ministry and played an instrumental role in Egypt’s transition to the New Administrative Capital from both technological and operational perspectives. He also participated in numerous national strategic projects across the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Ahmed Bezak is a PMP®️-certified Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in managing and executing residential, commercial, and high-rise residential and administrative tower projects across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Egypt.

Ahmed grew up in an engineering-oriented environment, as his father, Engineer Anwar Bezak, was both an engineer and the owner of a contracting company. This upbringing played a major role in shaping his early passion for construction and engineering. From a young age, he was exposed to project sites and execution works, which helped him develop practical expertise and a deep understanding of the construction and project management industry.

He is currently leading the execution of a major residential development project in Madinah, consisting of hundreds of residential villas, where he oversees construction activities, planning, team management, and coordination between all stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of quality, adherence to project timelines, and overall project requirements.

Throughout his professional career, Ahmed has managed and supervised several major projects across the region. He possesses extensive expertise in construction management, cost control, planning, contract and contractor management, quality assurance, and working within multicultural environments and diverse teams.

Ahmed believes that true success in the construction industry is not limited to building structures, but also extends to building trust and transforming visions into tangible reality.
