Eng. Hazem Bezak is the founder and one of the owners of Al Kawther Bay Group.
He currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Owner & Chairman of Etihad Lam Contracting Company.
In addition to his strategic planning capabilities, Hazem Bezak possesses a strong entrepreneurial mindset and high risk tolerance, which enabled him to establish a large and diversified business entity within just a few years.

He founded Al Kawther Bay Contracting, Arab Builders Specialized Works, Arab Builders Insulation, Horizon of Security Visions, and Al Kawther Bay Logistics, which provides logistics services in addition to a manufacturing division that includes three factories specializing in metal, wood, and aluminum works. This has distinguished him as a unique industrialist and businessman.
Hazem previously served as Chief Executive Officer of MASCON – Masa Arabia Contracting, Chief Executive Officer of HFC – High Force Contracting, and Chief Executive Officer of AHC – Arabian Hand Contracting. He also worked with PBC – Project Building Company and Al Rajhi Development Limited.
Hazem Bezak has managed and executed major projects including residential towers, hospitals, shopping centers, and schools. He has also supervised project execution according to the highest standards of quality and safety, while leading multidisciplinary teams.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree from Cairo University, Hazem is regarded as one of the leading executive figures in the contracting and construction engineering sector, with more than 32 years of experience in managing and executing major projects across Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
