• Adel Arafa is the Director of the Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation, and Specialized Works Department, where he leads the division in enhancing and developing projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while expanding into new business sectors.
  • He previously served as the Technical Director of Al Khaldi Holding Group and General Manager of 3MS in Saudi Arabia, contributing to numerous projects in Jubail, Riyadh, and NEOM.
  • He also served as the General Manager of Chemex branch in Libya, where he contributed to projects including the Great Man-Made River, Al Futtaim developments, and oil ports.
  • Previously, he worked as the Regional Manager of Fosroc in Southern Egypt, where he contributed to the development of Luxor International Airport, Aswan International Airport, the Toshka Project, as well as bridges and Nile River structures.
  • He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Mansoura University in 1978 with a “Very Good” overall grade. He is accredited by the American Concrete Institute and holds the following ISO certifications:
